The list is incomplete, and the art proves it

I saved the official thumbnails on 18 October 2026. The split poster shows an ice-blue katana against a gold gem axe. The island still shows a flintlock. The forest still shows a bow. No text source I read lists an axe or a katana. Publishing a “full weapon list” that omits what the official art shows would be a fake complete table. This page marks the roster incomplete.

Names that appear in at least one written source: bow, crossbow, musket, flintlock, blunderbuss, hammer, iron sword, diamond dagger, sling, throwing knives, plus utilities such as a snap trap, deployable shield, smoke bomb, bandage, and golden apple. Most of those names are single-source. I am listing them as reported, not as a verified stat block.

Rows with a second source

Iron sword at 3 points and diamond dagger at 2 points appear in both the weapons table and the loadout-points write-up. The hammer is described as a knockback melee in the weapons table and in a creator series titled around a hammer. Flintlock is visible in official art, which is a second kind of evidence, not a point cost.

I am not opening a page per weapon. Damage, fire rate, rarity, and unlock cost are missing for almost every name. A thin slug would rank for “best weapon” and then have nothing to say. The commercial comparison that does have a method is the tier list. Point arithmetic is the 12-point guide.

Best weapon, without a fake DPS chart

“Best weapon” searches want a winner. The honest answer on 18 October is: the sources support a spending pattern, not a damage ranking. Prefer a kit that leaves points for ammo over a kit that spends 6 on diamond armor before you have a ranged option. That is an editorial conclusion, dated, and it will move when the 17 October weapons get confirmed costs.
