Who this policy covers

This policy describes tribes3v3.org, operated by the publisher of this domain. The contact address is [email protected]. It matches the address in the footer and on the contact page. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Snick Co.

Checked 18 October 2026 against the scripts this site actually ships. The list is short and every entry is named below: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Adsterra, and YouTube embeds that wait for a click. The three tracking and advertising vendors load only after you press Accept, so a first visit downloads none of them.

What loads, and when

First-party files (HTML, CSS, self-hosted fonts, and images on this domain) load so the page can render. That is the service itself. Legal basis: legitimate interest in publishing the guide you requested, and contract-like necessity of delivering the page. We do not use that delivery to build an advertising profile.

Adsterra (served from bicea.org) carries the advertising. Two units run: a Native Banner (unit 31792524) inside the content area and a Social Bar (unit 31792525) that slides in at the bottom of the page. Adsterra may set cookies or read an existing advertising identifier to cap repeat impressions and measure clicks. Purpose: fund the site. Legal basis: consent. Retention: set by Adsterra, not by us.

YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie.com and load only after you press Load video on a card. That click is the consent for that request. YouTube, a Google service, may then set its own cookies, commonly YSC (session) and VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE (about six months), and may read a PREF cookie if one already exists. We do not control those cookies. Purpose: play the video you asked for. Legal basis: consent. Retention: set by YouTube, not by us.

Analytics, and what it stores

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9TSCXZB226, script from googletagmanager.com) is only fetched after you accept. It writes the cookies _ga and _ga_9TSCXZB226, retained for 2 years, and reports page views, referring page, device type, and approximate location (city level, from IP) to us in aggregate. Purpose: know which guides get read. Legal basis: consent. Google processes this as our processor under its own terms.

Microsoft Clarity (project yzhhz691kc, script from clarity.ms) is only fetched after you accept. It records session replays and heatmaps: clicks, scroll depth, and pointer movement, paired with the page URL, browser, and a pseudonymous visitor id. It writes the cookies _clck (about 1 year) and _clsk (about 1 day), plus the Clarity_UX_* entries in localStorage and sessionStorage. Clarity runs with its default text masking; we have not turned text capture on, and we do not send it names or emails. Purpose: find pages that confuse readers. Legal basis: consent. Microsoft is the processor.

Both vendors receive your IP address and user agent as part of serving the script. Neither is given your contact address, because this site has no account system and asks for no address.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is the one exception to the consent gate, and it is not ours to gate: the host injects its beacon (static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js) into every HTML response at the edge, so it runs on the first paint whether or not you accept. It sets no cookies and no device identifier, and reports aggregate page views, referrer, country, and Core Web Vitals per URL, never a person. Purpose: see whether pages load fast enough. Legal basis: legitimate interest, since the output is aggregate. Blocking it changes nothing about the page.

localStorage key t3_consent

The cookie banner stores one record in localStorage, key t3_consent. The value is a JSON object with choice (granted or denied) and ts (the time you chose). Retention is 180 days, after which the banner can show again. Purpose: remember the choice so we do not ask on every page. Legal basis: consent, and, for the storage of a refusal, our obligation to honor it. This is not sent to an ad network.

That record gates every third-party script on this site. With no live record, or with denied, the page ships no analytics, no session recording, and no ad script at all: the Adsterra slots render empty. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner, and choosing Reject after accepting reloads the page without those scripts, because a script that has already run cannot be un-run by hiding it.

If navigator.globalPrivacyControl is true, the banner stores denied and does not ask you to accept. A browser Do Not Track signal is treated the same way in the banner script when we can read it: the choice stays denied, and nothing third-party loads.

Advertising, analytics, and opt-out

The only ad system on this domain is Adsterra. The /ads.txt file on this domain lists no seller line, and that is deliberate: Adsterra’s publisher help centre states it does not provide ads.txt data because its advertisers do not require it, so no publisher id exists to declare. A guessed seller line would authorize the wrong entity, which is worse than an empty file. No AdSense account, no reseller, and no second ad network runs here.

Consent Mode v2 defaults sit in the page head before any Google script is requested: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage are denied, with ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough on. They are lifted only after you accept, at the same moment gtag.js is fetched. If you never accept, Google receives no event from this site.

Personalized-ad controls, if you want them across the web: Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com/, the DAA opt-out at https://optout.aboutads.info/, Your Online Choices at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/, and the NAI opt-out at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/. For Microsoft’s advertising and analytics choices: https://choice.microsoft.com/. Turning on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or refusing in our banner, is enough to keep all of it off this site.

Rights and changes

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email [email protected]. We do not run user accounts. The consent record is on your device; clearing site data for this origin deletes it. Analytics and ad data held by Google, Microsoft, and Adsterra can be reached through the opt-out links above. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Hosting may keep standard connection logs (IP address, user agent, URL, time) for security. Those logs are the host’s, retained on the host’s schedule, and are not used by us for advertising. This policy changes by editing this page and updating the date above. Prior versions are the previous dated text on this URL.
